More specifically,  we wanted to show the difference between a condo in Toronto and a condo in the  heart of Orlando.  Both are in great neighborhoods, near the city core.  Also,  it is important to note that there are no winters in Florida!  This reduces much of the normal wear and tear caused by our cold winters.

However, if you are more comfortable investing in Canada, Windsor, ON is a very comparable market, with low cost and good rents, it's a great buy and hold area.
